The work “Emoji Flag” allies the resistance of long nails with the resistance that emoji flags can represent. It is common to use emoji flags as a representative symbol of identity, territory and ancestry in the virtual language. The flags are disposed in different orders and dimensions, highlighting a chronology of belonging of the artist with her ancestry. And so, the white flag is the biggest and first one to appear, followed by the chinese flag, and then the brazillian flag and finally the smallest one, the taiwanese flag.
