Cyshimi | Viviane Lee Hsu (1998)
Artist and designer based in São Paulo.
Her practice explores objects that transform the way we relate to the body, image, and everyday life. Working between art, fashion, and design, she creates nails and wearable accessories as small sculptural objects, exploring their potential to alter gestures, suggest new ways of engaging with the body, or simply draw the eye.
Her work moves between the functional and the fictional, the commercial and the experimental, ornamentation and transformation. Rather than seeking answers, she creates objects that invite curiosity, presence, and new ways of experiencing the body through beauty, estrangement, and imagination.
